A doula holds space before, during and after a baby is born. We are here to remind you of your innate strength and wisdom and provide evidence-based education about pregnancy, birth and beyond. Our doulas are trained and certified to offer emotional and physical support during this sacred time. Our doulas are available to share their knowledge with the entire family and help prepare everyone for life with a newborn.

Our doulas will meet with you to discover your birth plan, come to you during labor, support you through birth and stay with you after your baby is born.

Our doulas will help you set up your space for a newborn, educate and support your family through feeding and caring for a newborn and can stay overnight as you become more familiar with your new addition.

Our three hour PUSH class was created to educate families on what to expect during labor and childbirth. Our PUSH classes are offered individually or in group settings.

Virtual Doula Support
Our doulas are available for daily empowerment, tips and conversations with our Virtual Doula Support services. This can be in addition to a doula package or used alone for the extra guidance during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.

Prenatal and Postpartum Concierge
Our concierge services allows families to relax while we take care of errands, childcare and scheduling. We can take care of your everyday needs, find and schedule classes, search for specialty stores and make purchases.

Usui Reiki Sessions
60 minute Reiki sessions can be added to the doula services you choose or can be purchased separately. Schedule our Reiki practitioner to come to your home or enjoy a session at our office.
